The role involves diagnosing hardware and software issues, assisting with networked services, and advising students and staff on instructional technology in a learning-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of PC, macOS and mobile device environments.
• Advanced knowledge of instructional hardware and software.
• Knowledge of computer networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line IT support for PC/Mac and instructional tech.
• Install and support software and hardware used in classrooms.
• Assist with video streaming and Smart classrooms.
• Document support history and resolutions.
• Train students, faculty, and staff on technology usage.
