Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of technology support experience in a professional services organization or similar environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Experience with macOS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the ACD system and monitor the IT Help Desk ticketing system.
• Administer desk-side technical support.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational IT activities.
• Provide basic desktop application support.
• Participate in departmental pre-pilots.
• Promote adherence to technology policies and procedures.
