Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide Tier I technical support for hardware, software, and tech issues.
Support desktop technology across Windows, Mac, and iOS platforms.
Assist with hardware and software moves, additions, and configuration changes.
Contribute to projects and collaborate with the Technology Support team.
Maintain installation guides, procedures, and technical documentation.
Assist in evaluating new hardware and software solutions and escalate unresolved issues.
Support knowledge management by maintaining the knowledge base and reporting.
Document policies and assist end-user training and communication efforts.
