Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in CIS, CSE, MIS or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow-through, and multitasking abilities are expected.
• Ability to provide great customer service with a sense of urgency.
• Comfort working with a variety of technologies and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I technical support for hardware, software, and technology issues.
• Support desktop technology across Windows, Mac, and iOS platforms.
• Assist with hardware and software moves, additions, and configuration changes.
• Contribute to Technology Support team projects and collaborate with staff.
• Maintain installation guides, procedures, and documentation.
• Review and evaluate new hardware and software solutions; escalate issues as needed.
• Support knowledge management by documenting issues and resolutions; generate reports.
• Assist with end-user training and communication efforts.
