Job summary

Salt River Project (SRP) in Tempe, AZ welcomes a College Intern for Conference Room Technology & IT Help Desk Support. The role focuses on delivering timely assistance for real-time communications, virtual meetings, and A/V systems, contributing to a hybrid work environment.

You will join the Digital Support and Voice (DSV) team, supporting Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and room systems while following documented incident processes. Flexibility to work 15–40 hours per week is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong client support skills and ability to work with users of varying technical skill.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus documentation practices.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
• Familiar with conferencing support (Crestron, Polycom, Biamp, Teams Rooms).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Microsoft Teams and Zoom (as needed).
• Offer subject matter expertise for conference room and A/V technologies.
• Monitor support queues and address incidents and requests to ensure service levels.
• Execute proactive room checks to ensure consistent service quality.
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, operating systems, services, hardware, network connectivity and other infrastructure.
• Document and transfer knowledge to improve first contact resolution and client self-service.
