You will assist in building dashboards, Power Apps, Power BI and automate reports, while learning to organize data, collaborate with internal teams and present findings to Management.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in good standing with at least 2.5 GPA.
• Majors preferred include CS, business, information science, data science, or related fields.
• Authorized to work in the United States; transcript required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and publishing the departmental SharePoint Communication Site.
• Assist in designing and developing forms, dashboards, and visualizations with project metrics.
• Assist in developing automated reports using Power Automate.
• Provide insights to support technical requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Design workflows to streamline data collection and reduce manual errors.
• Integrate Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate with existing systems.
• Update SharePoint procedures and technical documents.
• Conduct one-on-one Teams training sessions with maintainers and supervisors.
• Organize and manage forms and documents on departmental drives.
