The Tech Support Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Salt Lake City, UT. This role provides technical and customer support for Crush’s cloud platform, assisting users with system access, configuration, and usage across yard management, car-buying, analytics, and marketplace tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software and connectivity issues, documenting incidents, and escalating complex problems to engineering or product teams as needed. The Tech Support Analyst will communicate with customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems, track case progress, and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
