Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of defined programs from intake handoff through completion — plan, drive, and land against clear goals and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners to remove blockers and keep programs on schedule.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and drive them to resolution or clear escalation.
• Maintain program status, reporting, and stakeholder communication so progress is always visible.
• Contribute inputs to operational cadences (MBR/QBR inputs, goal tracking) within assigned programs.
