Amazon is seeking a driven Program Manager to execute programs that keep Technology Supply Chain moving. You will own end-to-end delivery, onboard workflows, and partner across Tech-SC pillars with visibility to senior leadership.
In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, identify risks early, and maintain clear stakeholder communication. You will grow your scope as you master delivery mechanics within the SCOPE team.
We are looking for a driven Program Manager to execute the programs that keep Technology Supply Chain (Tech-SC) moving. Working within the SCOPE team, you'll own delivery of programs that the Tech-SC depends on.
No two programs look the same. One morning you're taking a newly-scoped program and turning it into a plan with a real date on it; by afternoon you're three onboardings deep, keeping each moving while a partner team throws you a curveball you have to clear before it slips. You're the person who makes things land — chasing the dependency nobody else caught, getting the right people in a room, giving leadership a straight answer on where things stand. You'll juggle several programs at once and get sharp at spotting the repetitive work eating everyone's time — and making it disappear.
The Supply Chain Organization Program Enablement team is the central program management and business operations function for Technology Supply Chain (Tech-SC). We coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage new business intake, and drive delivery assurance across our partner organizations supporting a $1B asset portfolio spanning Amazon Worldwide Stores and AWS infrastructure.
