Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for SCOT- Fulfillment Optimization, Planning to lead cross-functional technical programs that optimize fulfillment across global networks.

You will own roadmaps, coordinate release schedules, and work with scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate optimization goals into executable plans. The role emphasizes risk management, executive updates, and delivering measurable impact across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Program leadership: Drive complex, cross-functional technical programs end to end across science, engineering, and ops teams.
• Roadmaps & mechanisms: Build and own roadmaps, operating cadences, and the mechanisms that keep everyone aligned and accountable.
• Cross-team alignment: Partner with scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate optimization goals into clear, executable plans.
• Risk management: Spot risks and dependencies early, clear roadblocks, and keep programs humming even when the terrain gets tricky.
• Metrics & goals: Define success metrics, track progress against goals, and keep a clear-eyed view of what’s working.
• Executive communication: Craft crisp, compelling updates for senior leaders — turning complexity into confident, decision-ready narratives.
