Job summary

Amazon's Technology Supply Chain is scaling, and the hardest part of that growth is getting an entire organization to change how it works. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to own the change management discipline across Technology Supply Chain, designing adoption approaches grounded in Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter, and shaping how teams operate by default.

You will start with changes already in flight, build durable processes, and expand your scope to AI-assisted operations, with influence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the change management discipline across Technology Supply Chain, partnering with leadership to shape the change strategy and owning its execution.
• Build adoption frameworks, playbooks, communications, and enablement materials that take each new way of working from something that exists to something the organization does by default.
• Partner with reporting, governance, and tooling teams to drive adoption of shared ways of working across all customer groups.
• Establish adoption measurement and reporting so progress and risk are visible before a change fails, and build durable processes.
