Job summary

GEICO seeks a Director of Strategy & Operations to drive Tech transformation through operating rhythms and a high-performance culture. You will lead teams responsible for transformation, change management, and operational support, coordinating across HR, Recruiting, Finance, Communications, Risk, and Real Estate to accelerate delivery and align leadership around measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 10 years in product, project, change management, strategy or operations.
At least 5 years leading cross-functional teams.
At least 3 years in the P&C Insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and improve Tech operating rhythms and high-performance culture.
Lead teams for cultural transformation, change management, and operations support.
Set strategy and drive execution for the Tech RTO program and readiness.
Oversee the centralized EA support for multiple functions.
Partner across Business, HR, Recruiting, Finance, Communications and Risk.
Establish governance, escalation of risks, and outcomes reporting.
Define culture and engagement initiatives with People Group and Communications.
Lead change management strategy and adoption planning.
