Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Director – Head of Technology, Therapeutic Areas and External Scientific Innovation to lead the technology profile and roadmap across Immunology, Oncology and Neuroscience. Location flexibility includes Cambridge, MA; Spring House, PA; La Jolla, CA or Beerse, Belgium.

You will partner with DDSAI to advance data, AI and analytics within a highly automated R&D technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in pharma R&D technology/digital product roles.
• At least 5 years leading people or matrixed teams.
• Experience with external collaborations and data/AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and manage cross-functional programs across TA and external innovation.
• Define multi-year technology, data and AI roadmaps with DDSAI.
• Translate scientific needs into scalable tech and data capabilities.
• Ensure regulatory, privacy and security compliance across platforms.
