Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific or technical field is required; advanced degree preferred.
A PhD, MD or equivalent experience in a relevant life-science or data discipline is an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of technology or digital product experience in pharmaceutical R&D is required; 5+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead technology strategy and portfolio across Immunology, Oncology and Neuroscience.
Partner with DDSAI to shape data, AI and analytics capabilities.
Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with scientific priorities.
Ensure secure, compliant, scalable technology platforms and partnerships.
