Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Director - Head of Technology for Therapeutic Areas and External Scientific Innovation to lead cross-functional teams delivering lab, translational, and clinical data technologies across Immunology, Oncology, and Neuroscience.

You will shape multi-year roadmaps aligned with scientific priorities and partner with Data, Data Science, and AI to embed advanced analytics and FAIR data principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, or related field.
• 10+ years in pharma R&D technology, with at least 5 years leading teams.
• Experience with discovery biology laboratory systems, data management, AI/ML workflows and translational platforms.
• Deep understanding of immunology, oncology and neuroscience data modalities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
