Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, or related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical R&D technology, with 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience in discovery biology systems, data management, AI/ML workflows, and translational research.
• Familiarity with immunology, oncology, neuroscience modalities, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategy, manage portfolios and operations; partner with DDSAI on data, AI, and analytics capabilities.
• Oversee laboratory systems, data platforms, and external collaborations.
• Ensure technologies support target discovery, validation, biomarker development, and clinical trial design.
• Lead cross-functional teams and represent technology in leadership forums.
