Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate in Tech Strategy and Execution within the Corporate & Investment Bank in New York. You will lead 1-2 workstreams in an AI transformation program, collaborating with software engineers, product owners and designers.

This role requires 2+ years of experience from a top-tier management consulting firm or investment banking, strong analytical skills, and fluency with enterprise technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience from either a premier management consulting firm, OR from an investment banking (M&A, Coverage, Capital Markets, Equity Research) division.
• Diverse problem solving experience across financial services sectors; experience with agentic AI tools.
• Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools (absolutely required).
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way.

Responsibilities

• Define and deconstruct problems
• Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses
• Analyze operational and financial data
• Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
• Prioritize issues, analysis, and team capacity
• Work collaboratively with team members across lines of business (LOBs)
• Identify implications and “so what's” of data and analysis within the team
• Contribute to concise communication materials for senior management
