JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate for the Global Technology Strategy team in New York to tackle high-impact technology problems and accelerate professional growth. You will work with GT leadership to drive strategy, analyze trends, and craft executive-ready recommendations across AI, data, cloud, and infrastructure domains.

The role emphasizes problem solving, stakeholder collaboration, and clear storytelling to influence technology decisions at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategy experience or equivalent problem-solving experience in technology sectors
• Undergraduate degree required
• Excellent written and oral communication across levels of the organization
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with senior executives and diverse teams
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support projects to resolve complex, cross-cutting, executive-level problems faced by the GT organization
• Structure ambiguous, open-ended problems into clear questions and hypotheses
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of market, competitive, and technology trends to inform the firm’s strategic positioning
• Provide recommendations to align technology with business goals and risk tolerance
• Partner with technology and business stakeholders to determine if recommendations are technically grounded and feasible
• Turn analysis into clear, persuasive narratives that provides the audience with the “so what” instead of just the data
• Build executive-grade deliverables that resonate with both technical and non-technical senior audiences
• Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, with a particular focus on AI and agentic systems, including governance, risk, and operating model implications in a regulated environment
