Job summary

Monte Rosa Therapeutics seeks a hands-on Technology Specialist who blends end-user computing, systems administration, and network support to help scientists and G&A teams work smarter through automation and AI-enabled tooling.

You will move between a support ticket, a patch cycle, and a workflow-automation experiment, driving automation-first initiatives, maintaining IT docs, and enabling secure, productive hybrid collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and macOS device management tools.
• Solid fundamentals in Windows administration and Active Directory concepts.
• Basic networking skills (DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and cross-platform support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point and hands-on contributor for IT Help Desk tickets.
• Provide in-person and remote support across Windows, macOS, and SaaS tools.
• Support conference room A/V and Zoom Rooms for hybrid collaboration.
• Maintain IT documentation and self-service resources.
