LPL Financial is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Technology Sourcing to partner with technology and business teams, manage software and SaaS negotiations, and drive cost-effective sourcing solutions.

You will evaluate proposals, structure terms, and support contracting lifecycle across the organization. Ideal candidates bring experience in strategic sourcing for tech, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to align sourcing with budgets and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or contract management with tech/software.
• Experience analyzing supplier proposals and negotiating commercial terms for software, SaaS, licensing, maintenance, or related technology services.
• Knowledge of the sourcing and contracting lifecycle from requirements gathering to contract execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead or support sourcing for software, SaaS, licensing and related technology services from intake to contract execution.
• Develop negotiation strategies using stakeholder requirements, supplier proposals, pricing benchmarks, total cost considerations, and risk factors.
• Negotiate pricing, licensing models, renewal terms and service commitments with Legal and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal and business teams to align sourcing decisions with priorities, governance, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage supplier communications, competitive events, proposal analysis, contract workflows, and supporting documentation with accuracy and follow-through.
• Identify opportunities to improve value, reduce cost, simplify agreements, consolidate suppliers, and strengthen terms across the software portfolio.
• Maintain sourcing records and provide clear status updates, recommendations, and decision support to stakeholders and sourcing leadership.
