Job summary

Aircall is seeking a skilled Technology Procurement Partner to drive sourcing across cloud, SaaS, and IT services. You will negotiate high-impact contracts, deploy data-driven evaluations, and collaborate with Engineering and Finance to optimize spend.

You will lead complex sourcing events and help shape technology strategy while ensuring strong governance and risk management. This hybrid role requires regular in-office time.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology procurement experience.
• Experience sourcing enterprise software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or IT services.
• Strong commercial negotiation experience with technology suppliers.
• Comfortable challenging the business on scope, timelines, and supplier choices.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial models and supplier comparisons.
• Experience using data, automation, or AI tools in your work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferred: Zip, NetSuite, or Ironclad.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, and IT leadership to understand platform needs and roadmaps.
• Develop sourcing and category strategies across cloud infra, enterprise SaaS, AI/ML services, developer tooling, and security technologies.
• Lead complex sourcing events including supplier discovery, RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing models, and long-term cost structures including consumption pricing.
• Map contract renewals and business initiatives quarters in advance to stay ahead of demand.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to structure scalable commercial terms and data protections.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on supplier choices, scope, and timelines.
• Use AI-enabled tools and analysis to compare proposals and generate negotiation insights.
• Build partnerships with technology leaders to embed sourcing early in platform investments.
