Job summary

Aircall is seeking a skilled Technology Procurement Partner to drive sourcing across cloud, SaaS, and IT services. You will negotiate high-impact contracts, deploy data-driven evaluations, and collaborate with Engineering and Finance to optimize spend.

You will lead complex sourcing events and help shape technology strategy while ensuring strong governance and risk management. This hybrid role requires regular in-office time.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology procurement experience.
• Experience sourcing enterprise software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or IT services.
• Strong commercial negotiation experience with technology suppliers.
• Comfortable challenging the business on scope, timelines, and supplier choices.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial models and supplier comparisons.
• Experience using data, automation, or AI tools in your work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferred: Zip, NetSuite, or Ironclad.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, and IT leadership to understand platform needs and roadmaps.
• Develop sourcing and category strategies across cloud infra, enterprise SaaS, AI/ML services, developer tooling, and security technologies.
• Lead complex sourcing events including supplier discovery, RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing models, and long-term cost structures including consumption pricing.
• Map contract renewals and business initiatives quarters in advance to stay ahead of demand.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to structure scalable commercial terms and data protections.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on supplier choices, scope, and timelines.
• Use AI-enabled tools and analysis to compare proposals and generate negotiation insights.
• Build partnerships with technology leaders to embed sourcing early in platform investments.

The Team You’ll Join

Procurement at Aircall sits within the Finance organization and plays a key role in helping the company operate efficiently and scale well. We partner closely with teams across the business to build sourcing strategies that match Aircall’s priorities and turn spend into real value.

• We’re a small, hands-on team with an AI-first mindset, using automation and data to cut the busyworkand spend our time where it matters.
• Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and InfoSec to align sourcing with the business and structure sound commercial and risk terms.

The Difference You Will Make

You’ll be the sourcing partner for Aircall’s Technology organization, one of our largest and most complex areas ofspend. Working with the Director of Procurement and our technical teams, you’ll help shape sourcing strategy, runnegotiations, and stay ahead of renewals before they land on us.You’ll also be someone who can dig into the details of a deal and challenge the business on supplier choices,scope, and timelines when it leads to a better outcome. This is a hands‑on role for someone who’s comfortablejumping in and adding value from day one.

A Typical Day

• Map contract renewals and business initiatives several quarters in advance so sourcing stays ahead of demand.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to structure scalable commercial terms, data-protection provisions, and risk protections.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, working with them on supplier choices, scope, and timelines to reach the best commercial outcome.
• Use AI-enabled tools and structured analysis to compare supplier proposals and generate negotiation insights.
• Build strong partnerships with technology leaders so sourcing is embedded early in platform investment decisions.
• Simplify sourcing processes and improve the decision frameworks technology stakeholders rely on.

Your Expertise

Base salary range:

$90,000 - $130,000 USD
