Job summary

Best Buy in Vienna, VA seeks a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll learn the products and services and confidently recommend solutions that fit each customer’s needs.

Welcome customers, perform demos, handle cashier duties, maintain the sales floor, and support pickup orders. This role requires at least 3 months of retail experience and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Interest in helping customers and selling tech products.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and recommend products that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
