Job summary

The Tech Solutions Coordinator at Cleveland State Community College coordinates and supports Co-Op and internship curricula in collaboration with Computer Information Technology instructors. You will perform related duties as assigned to support the Tech Solutions department.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily Tech Solutions operations, guiding students, handling inquiries, maintaining documentation, and assisting with Skills Lab activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months experience in systems administration, technical support, or service desk.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Tech Solutions operations, including IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Support student/intern schedules and collaborate with instructors on Co-Op and internship activities.
