Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB Americas seeks an M&A Analyst to assist in origination and execution of ECM and M&A transactions across sectors. The role involves creating pitch books, financial models, and strategic analysis in collaboration with sector teams in Paris and coverage teams across the U.S., Europe, and South America.

You will support the ECM team in advising and executing equity offerings for major corporations seeking public markets access, including IPOs and follow-ons.

Qualifications

• Assistance in origination and execution of ECM and M&A transactions across sectors.
• Ability to prepare pitch books including valuation and analyses.
• Support creation of financial models.
• Conduct strategic analyses and industry research.
• Build company profiles and draft memoranda.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the origination and execution of all ECM and M&A transactions across all industry sectors.
• Preparing pitch book presentations for companies on topics including company valuation and financial analyses, equity and equity-linked alternatives, strategic transactions, capital allocation, among others
• Supporting analysts and associates in the creation of financial models
• Conducting strategic analysis / industry research
• Building company profiles
• Drafting memoranda, proposals, and other written documents
