Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas, parking facilities, and perimeter; report unusual activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials; report access-control concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; follow procedures and contact needed resources.
• Complete accurate logs, incident reports, and shift documentation; communicate with leadership.
