The Field Application & Training Manager serves as a senior technical resource supporting CertainTeed Ceilings' portfolio of ceiling and wall solutions throughout North America, with complementary support of related gypsum and insulation applications where they intersect with ceiling systems and jobsite conditions. The role is primarily responsible for driving ceiling product adoption, advancing technical capabilities across the sales organization, supporting the commercialization of new products, and serving as a recognized subject matter expert for complex field applications. This position partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, R&D, contractors, architects, distributors, and general contractors to improve installation practices, resolve complex technical challenges, increase customer confidence, and identify opportunities to expand the use of CertainTeed solutions. The role provides technical leadership primarily for specialty ceiling systems, while also supporting adjacent wall, gypsum, and insulation considerations when relevant to project applications, installation interfaces, and customer needs; and acts as a key liaison between the field and internal product development and operation teams.
College Degree Preferred / HS Diploma Required / Trade Certification for Commercial Construction Preferred

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $99,900 to $154,800 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $112,800 to $174,900. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
