Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Technology Services Operations Intern to support the Business Technology team with AI enablement, enterprise technology operations, and strategic tech initiatives. The role focuses on AI adoption, technology implementations, and process improvements to deliver a strong tech experience for Workiva employees.

Responsibilities include researching AI capabilities, supporting migrations, automating processes, and creating technical documentation.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
Strong interest in AI, automation and emerging tech.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated with focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

Help with AI enablement initiatives by researching capabilities and improving adoption.
Assist with enterprise technology implementations, migrations and operational projects.
Identify opportunities to improve processes via automation and AI.
Create and maintain technical docs, knowledge articles, and training materials.
Assist with project coordination, testing and user acceptance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations and productivity.
