You will join the Employee & Workplace Experience (EWX) team within People Success, driving initiatives that shape how we design, measure, and scale employee experiences across remote and in-person settings.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Proficient in Google Workspace with familiarity of at least one PM/process-m mapping tool.
• Able to collect, analyze, and present data to inform operational decisions.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to draft content, automate workflows, or prototype solutions.

Responsibilities

• Program analytics & measurement: Build dashboards tracking program effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.
• AI-assisted operations: Identify workflows and design AI-powered automation solutions.
• Program design & iteration: Analyze data and feedback to improve existing programs or design new ones.
• Operational systems improvement: Improve data quality, UX, and reporting capabilities.
• Change management & communication: Support communications for new processes and initiatives.
