Page Mechanical Group, Inc. seeks a strategic Head of Technical Services to lead product industrialization, scale-up, and process optimization across the United States and Canada. You will drive commercialization while partnering with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams.

This executive role oversees new product introductions, manufacturing readiness, and plant implementation, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability goals are met across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of leadership experience within food, beverage, ingredient, dairy, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience leading Product Commercialization, Product Industrialization, Product Scale-Up, Process Development, Manufacturing Optimization, and Technical Services.
• Strong background in beverage manufacturing, formulation development, process optimization, technology selection, and product commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead product industrialization, commercialization, and product scale-up from pilot to full-scale manufacturing.
• Drive scale-up across fruit, beverage, ice cream, dairy, and other food applications while ensuring quality, food safety, efficiency, and cost objectives.
• Collaborate with New Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Plant Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to commercialize products from formulation to production.
• Develop manufacturing processes that meet specs, customer expectations, and food safety requirements.
• Establish Technical Services SOPs across multiple facilities for consistency.
