Job summary

Core Spaces seeks a Senior Manager, Technology, Security & Governance to own and mature our security, compliance, and governance program across the Microsoft environment and key business systems.

You will translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, drive remediation, and lead risk management initiatives in collaboration with Technology, Finance, HR, Legal, and external partners. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or related field.
• Seven+ years of progressive information security, IT governance, or risk/compliance experience.
• Experience owning security, compliance, or governance programs in a growing organization.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and administration.
• Experience with third-party risk management and SOX-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature Core’s technology security and governance program with scalable policies and controls.
• Lead IT compliance and audit readiness, coordinating evidence collection and remediation.
• Oversee enterprise identity and access governance across core platforms.
• Provide hands-on oversight of the Microsoft environment and related security configurations.
• Manage third‑party risk lifecycle, including due diligence, risk scoring, and vendor outreach.
• Lead security investigations, root-cause analysis, and remediation efforts.
• Develop security reporting dashboards and executive-ready risk narratives.
• Serve as a security advisor translating complex requirements into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate external security relationships and ensure knowledge transfer to in-house teams.
