Genesis Capital LLC is seeking a Senior Information Security Lead to design, operate, and govern security controls across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and on‑prem environments. The role emphasizes hands‑on execution, audit readiness, and executive communication without managing a team.

The successful candidate will own vulnerability management, incident response, access governance, and risk reporting, serving as the primary security control owner for ITGCs and SOX audits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in network security and information security within regulated environments.
• Hands‑on experience securing Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and hybrid/on‑prem environments.
• Strong expertise with firewalls, zero trust, and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux, VMWare, SQL Server, Active Directory, and networking.
• Experience as primary audit contact and control owner for SOX or similar audits.
• Familiarity with ISO 27000, SOX, PCI, and GLBA controls.
• Experience with SIEM and security tooling.
• Security certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCSP.

Aufgaben

• Design, operate and govern Genesis Capital’s network security controls.
• Own Netskope Zero Trust platform and access policies.
• Develop and enforce security standards and containment controls.
• Lead vulnerability management lifecycle and remediation evidence reviews.
• Govern information security controls across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and on‑prem.
• Act as SOX and security audits control owner and gatekeeper.
• Lead incident response, DR and resilience activities.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and phishing simulations.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on risk, controls and audit status.
