The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood. You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and keeping customers informed throughout the service process.

Ideal candidates show exceptional customer service, tech savviness, and a willingness to learn fixed operations systems; automotive service experience is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn and use technology.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure all vehicle maintenance needs are met.
• Write repair orders for customers with transparent cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication, keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Frequent communication with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
