Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen are required.
• 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed) age depending on role.
• Access control and badge handling preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
