Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.

• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local regulations.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and report access-control issues.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and communicate with site contacts and responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents and observations using required reporting tools.
