Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply; driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures and post orders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access to designated areas and verify visitor/contractor authorization as directed by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Maintain an orderly environment by reporting facility concerns and supporting security needs.
