Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech solutions and providing exceptional service. We train you to confidently recommend products and services tailored to each person’s needs, and you’ll grow your skills through continuous learning in a dynamic retail environment.

You’ll engage customers, demonstrate products, handle transactions, and support pickup orders while maintaining store standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
