Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers select tech products and services that fit their needs. You’ll learn our products and services and confidently guide shoppers to the best solutions while delivering friendly service.

You will engage customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and help with in-store and curbside pickups. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
