Job summary

Best Buy, a leading retailer of technology and services, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll be the friendly face guiding shoppers, performing product demos, answering questions, and making personalized recommendations across departments.

You’ll manage cashier transactions, returns, and exchanges while staying current on learning and development to grow your knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
