Hours are 40 per week with opportunities to earn commissions. The compensation includes a base hourly rate with potential to reach a total annual compensation of $65,000–$75,500 depending on sales performance and geography.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to additional shifts for more income.
• Experience in a commission-based environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Possibly grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to expand loyal customer base.
