Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays with a schedule announced four weeks in advance.
• Open to additional shifts to increase income.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using a passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn customer needs by asking questions and listening.
• Present product insights and recommended solutions for a complete sales approach.
• Close sales with clear, effective communication and tech solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and upskill across merchandising and inventory.
• Possibility to reach more customers via outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to grow the customer base.
