Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow and support sales in one of our retail stores. You will engage customers, identify needs, and present top-down solutions with a focus on technology and service excellence.

Role offers base pay from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour with potential commissions up to $18,000 annually, plus additional performance incentives. Total earnings can reach $65,000+ to $75,500+ depending on performance and geography.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations for a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through training and upskill in merchandising and inventory.
• Possibility to grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to current customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon events to expand loyalty.
