Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow a customer-focused sales team in our stores. You will engage customers with the latest technology, uncover needs, and offer top-down solutions to close sales.

You’ll participate in ongoing training, support merchandising and inventory, and may reach out to existing customers to expand the base. Pay includes hourly base plus commissions with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by building connections and asking questions.
• Present product insights and provide top-down solutions to customers.
• Close sales through effective communication and meeting customer needs with tech solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and expand skills across merchandising and inventory.
• Engage with existing Verizon customers via calls/texts to grow the customer base.
• Represent Verizon at off-site events to expand the customer base.
