Job summary

Verizon in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow sales in one of our retail stores. You will engage customers, uncover needs, and present complete tech solutions to drive network expansion.

The role offers base pay of $16.00–$21.00 per hour with potential annual commissions up to $18,000, plus performance-based incentives that can push total earnings well above $65,000 per year. This is an onsite, worksite-based position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience demonstrated by work or military service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales using passion for technology and customer service.
• Identify customer needs through questions and connections.
• Present product insights and recommendations for complete solutions.
• Close sales with clear communication to meet customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and adapt to merchandising/inventory operations.
• Grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to Verizon customers.
