You will drive retail sales through strong customer service and tech knowledge, uncover customer needs, and present complete, top-down solutions. The role offers ongoing training, opportunities to upsell, and community engagement beyond the store.

The position includes base pay of $16–$21 per hour with the potential for up to $18,000 in annual commissions, and top performers may earn $65,000–$75,500+ depending on sales results.
