Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Rapid City, SD to grow sales through cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service. You’ll learn customers’ needs, present complete top-down solutions, and close sales with strong communication.

This role includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a base pay of $16.00–$21.00 per hour, with potential to earn up to $18,000 in commissions and total earnings of $65,000–$75,500 annually.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open to taking extra shifts to increase income.

Responsabilidades

• Generate retail sales by applying passion for technology and strong customer service to expand Verizon’s network.
• Identify customer needs by building connections and asking targeted questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations to offer complete solutions.
• Close sales with clear communication and fulfill customer needs with intuitive tech solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and develop skills across merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base through outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events.
