Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in Missouri. You will promote and sell our suite of products to current and new customers, acting as the face of the brand and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic store setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. Base pay starts at $18/hour with commission potential up to $22.50/hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years sales/customer service experience preferred.
• 1–3 years telecommunications/wireless experience preferred.
• Proficiency with mobile devices, video platforms and common software.
• Strong communication, multitasking and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers in-store.
• Deliver excellent customer care to enhance the shopping experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue while meeting service goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and store standards.
