Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in Michigan to promote and sell our portfolio of products and services to both existing and new customers. You will be the face of Spectrum, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer care in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and accurate transactions experience preferred.
• Comfort with personal technology and basic mathematical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers.
• Enhance customer experience and meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers to resell value of Spectrum offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum pricing, promotions and visual standards.
