Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our brand in-store, promoting and selling Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice to existing and new customers. You’ll drive sales while delivering outstanding customer care and ensuring an inviting, well-organized store environment.

The role requires high-energy customer interactions, ability to handle cash, enthusiasm for technology, and comfort with a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of sales/customer service experience.
• 1-3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum pricing, promotions, and visual standards.
