Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our products and services to existing and new customers. Earn $18.00/hour base pay with potential to reach $23.26/hour with commissions and incentives.

Responsibilities include enhancing the customer experience, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining knowledge of pricing, promotions, and visuals. The role emphasizes strong communication and a welcoming store environment across all locations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
Comfort with personal technology, mobile devices and video platforms.
Basic math skills and ability to read/write/speak English.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
Identify sales opportunities and create ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
Build positive customer relationships, listen effectively, and overcome objections while communicating the value of Spectrum products.
Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visuals; minimize product losses.
Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere, deliver a clean retail experience, and adhere to policies while participating in training programs.
